Hi, I’m Breanna! With over 12 years of experience in the plumbing industry and 2.5 years as part of the Ground Zero Plumbing & AC team, I’m passionate about providing exceptional customer service. My role here allows me to connect with our valued customers and be the friendly, helpful voice they need in stressful times.

At Ground Zero, we’re all about family. For me, this isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to be the light our customers look for when they’re facing challenges. Whether it’s a plumbing emergency or a routine call, I strive to make every interaction as positive and reassuring as possible.

Family & Personal Life

When I’m not helping customers, I’m a wife to a traveling welder, and together, we have two energetic young children and three wild dogs. Our family loves spending time outdoors, from camping and hiking to simply enjoying the Arizona sunshine.

In my downtime, I love indulging in my hobbies. Whether it’s baking delicious treats, diving into a good book, or working on interior decorating projects, I’m always keeping busy. And let’s not forget shopping—I love finding those perfect pieces to add a little extra flair to my home.
